Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in new, unused condition, with original packaging and tags.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).
- The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your item.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used beauty, hygiene, or food products
- Perishable goods, such as supplements or snacks
- Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable”
If you receive a damaged or defective non-returnable item, please contact us—we’ll make it right.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Return Shipping Instructions
To return an item, please follow these steps:

- Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
- Pack your item securely in the original packaging, if possible.
- Ship it to the return address provided.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:
